Processing time
The processing time is the amount of time needed to prepare an order for dispatch. Each item is hand made to order.
The current processing time is 3-5 business days. Dispatch may be quicker, but please accept that it can take up to the full processing time to dispatch, particularly during busy periods.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
UK: 1-3 business days
All items are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail. I'll do my best to meet these estimates, but I can't guarantee them. Actual delivery depends on the delivery courier
Returns & conditions
Cancellations
I accept returns for items in unused condition only. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and dispatch items back within 14 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please note that refunds will be processed upon receiving the returned items.
I do not accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
